Before & After

Before beginning Forever Young Fitness, patients will undergo fitness testing to determine their baseline level of fitness.

If applicable, patients will be asked to test blood sugar and blood pressure. If blood sugar levels and/or blood pressure readings are not within the safety threshold, the patient will not be able to proceed with the program.
